FNb Ebucks - spend R30,000 and get back R300 for your trouble. Oh wait Ebuck bank charges of R175 still need to come off and if you dont use your ebucks, you get nailed 75 ebucks dormancy fee. You cant even transfer cash to top up your ebucks. Very pointless reward system that actually costs you more pain than gain. Waste of time and very misleading.

Great credit interest rates, competing favourably with Investec and miles ahead of the big 4. Low bank charges, transparent and no hidden fees. Staff of Capitec Cresta Branch offer very poor slow service coupled with miserable unhelpful attitudes. Nonetheless, the product looks very promising, still a long way to go, but im all in!

Good bank to deal with. Well known and always the first to come out with innovative products. Fees are not cheap, service from staff is below standard. Stay away from the Car Concierge Service - promises you the world on a platter, and delivers nothing more than headaches, and frustration. FNB - HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU?
