"All though I paid more than I have to, I am constantly phone about arrears.
I also asked for monthley statements by e-mail but received nothing. If you asked them to sent a statement to see what are the arrears, all you get is promises and silence. Treats are also make but they do nothing from their side to solve the problem. Even customer care are juseless. Mostly you are send around to people who suddenly knows nothing of nothing. No e-mail adress is availible to try and contact them. Mybe someone can help me to get something out of them." |
