"i bought a chevrolet 2 months ago.i was involved in an accident.what a nightmare
with the claim process.the tone changes with absa i direct once u have a claim.
you have to always phone them they never do.i bought my car from macarthy toyota and drove only about 200km when accident happend,my claim is now rejected on escuse being my vehicles left rear tyre was not roadworthy,oh what bull.they did not even take my tyre for inspection,only a photo of tyre was sent to a so called expert who states tyre not roadworthy and could cause the crash,how did marcathy get a roadworthy cert for this vehicle if tyre was not good.from the start they tried 3 diff escuses but now this.NEVER EVER TAKE INSURANCE FROM ABSA I DIRECT............I am now busy with my lawyer to get paid out" |
