	"Was on R75 package. The accounting side of product is horrific. Line would be suspended due to non-payment yet debit order went thru. To get line up and running although proof of payment faxed thru to them, was a nightmare. Initially advised that contract would end August 2010, discovered that monthly fee increased. On querying this, was told that contact ended May 2010. No use phoning MTN with queries or complaints, they not interested in listening, solving problems or attending to query. "
