I had a lot of problems when I first applied for this card as the application was misplaced and it took approximately a month to get it captured on the system. After that the service was average with nothing really spectacular

When collecting a Visa card at Montana, staff aren't very helpful. Head Office specifictly tell you over phone you don't need to show proof of residents, staff at Montana insist on proof.

very good service and qaulity of product. clean stores, wides isles and always fresh. i use my friends card and pay her back. i am a daily shopper cause i like everything fresh .

Woolworths is unable to issue replacement credit cards due to a ABSA bank merced issue - very inconvenient and no deadlines are given for this to be sorted - it's Xmas time and we will be unable to use our credit card account!

Their call centre shoul really be jacket up a bit. No response when you call with a query. Held on the phone for 2 hours with no response!!

I paid all my due installments but i still receive letters of demand. called them they said my account is paid up but i still get sms's and letters from their lawyers

woolworths credit card is the worst one i own by far. Their interst rate is the highest. they are ever so quick to add additional charges. There service is pathetic. Everytime you have a query and you speak to a consultant they say they are busy reviewing this process and its been almost 3years now and its still being reviewed. My account was in arrears coz i lost my job and i am tryibg to recover this credit card to a zero balance. Every month i am paying 1500r and the balance does not change. the more i pay the more interest is being charged equivalent to the payment. there is no recvery from this.

A bit hard to use - you can't access the budget facility if you've maxed the straight facility
