Their interst rate is the highest. they are ever so quick to add additional charges. There service is pathetic. Everytime you have a query and you speak to a consultant they say they are busy reviewing this process and its been almost 3years now and its still being reviewed. My account was in arrears coz i lost my job and i am tryibg to recover this credit card to a zero balance. Every month i am paying 1500r and the balance does not change. the more i pay the more interest is being charged equivalent to the payment. there is no recvery from this.
