This insurance uses Pirate products(which they call alternative parts) for your car when you have claimed for an accident.They dont even explain to you as a client.They are reaping off the clients and claiming to be the insurance for Women whereas its First for Worse.

When it was claim time, I was asked to produce receipts as proof of ownership of household electronic equipment, some stuff that were bought five six years ago. The irony is that I was never asked to produce these receipts at joining as proof that I own the stuff I wanted them to insure.

I have the home insurance contents cover. Two things I'd like to commend them on: I got locked in my room and had to climb out the window but thye arranged a locksmith to arrive within 2 hours of my calling for a free callout didnt cost me a cent and was sorted out before my maid left!! Second is they were half the price of my outsurance policy.
