Easy system to make changes on. Great follow-up on claims.
Worst possible service ever when I needed it the most.
I would not recommend dial direct as I do not know how did they get to calculating their premuims, my excess is R8000 and I only drive a Tata not a mercedes which does not make sense if you ask them they cant explain how they get to that ridiculous amount.

Premiums are somewhat high especially for elderly people.
