Outsurance has proven itself over & over again. I love the 'help@outsurance' service. The way they took care of me when my car broke down and my geyser burst, I was really impressed. You don't really know how good your insurance is until you are forced to use them! Thank you Outsurance.

Good day, last year I was involved in a car accident, I immediatly contacted Outsurance, I explained every detail of the accident to them, that same day they made an appointment with an excessor to see how much damage was made to my car. The next day Outsurance contacted me to explain to me that Ii must take my car to MotorLabb at the East Rand to be repaired, I want to thank Outsurance for their quick responce and for getting me the courtesy car I asked for, I will definitely recument Outsurance, their service is excellent.

After being with Outsurance for 6 years with portfolio of house insurance and 3 vehicles for over 6 years and zero claims during this period regrettably following car accident by my daughter 22 fully licensed driving my car they denied paying claim as she was not regular driver. I will never ever get back together with Outsurance and will advise extreme caution to all. Read fine print but most of all be aware this is not an ethical organization you want to do business with. They have lost all my business as well as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn contacts I can caution and daughter even putting jingle on U Tube, we never ever getting back together.

I have got content insurance from outsurance. my dstv got hit y lightning and my phone got stolen. The exess for each item is 1200. This information they did not give me when i signed up for content insurance. They did not tell me that there will be exess to pay for each item. what if they burgal my house and steal all my furniture? Their household exessis too high. To replace my dstv cost1200 . Whats the use intaking out content insurance
