They are the cheapest, their claims procedure are well set in place, their agents are always friendly and helpfull, and their documentation are easilly understandable and user friendly.

My car was in an accident and when I submitted the claim I was helped on one phone call and Santam gave me a dedicated claim manager and direct contact number for all my claims related queries. The consultants are very professional. I had a choice on panelbeaters and they have a few in my area. Thanks for the hassle-free claim Santam.

It has been found that the incompetence of staff is the problem, quotes showing up as claims that have been made and general difficulty of making a claim

I would really play in an ad for Outsurance for free. Their service is excellent and definitely above that of the rest of the organisations in SA today. They are competitive and service delivery exceptional.

I logged a claim with Nedbank. Santam is the broker on my car and home insurance, service is superb and that is what customers want. Excellence service for well premium debits. Every customer is important and if you delay paperwork then customers are going to look elsewhere. So good service, good word of mouth and good business for the service proivder. I even switched my building insurance to Santam as the bank insurance was simply appalling. So u give me good service and I give you good business.
