I signed up with 1 Life Direct about 4 years ago and they are absolutely brilliant. They keep me informed about my life assurance, the premiums are very reasonable and all information is done telephonicaly with a follow up in writing to make sure that there were no discrepancies by telephone. As I am in the life assurance business, I was really impressed by the easy manner in which this took place. Well done :-)

They have everything under one roof which makes shopping for financial product easier, however I believe having offices in capetown would be a great plus. Consultant was super.

1 Life Direct offers the best service and premuims ive ever heard and they always put the client first and provide for their needs. I'm glad i have Life insurance with them.

I had their policy for years. One day I told them I am going to one of the African Countries they said you are NOT covered surprising they were always deducting my money every month. I wonder how many people are paying policies that won't pay out when is required. I was sending email NO reply, I will never recommend to anyone to take their policy.

i think the premiums are a little bit too high. i am paying 502 for my life cover and plus minus 465 for my fiance for cover of 200000
