The broadband product is reliable and fast. I leave in an area where all networks should be working, however that's not the case. However CellC works 100%.

To start, they are using a comedian as they shadow PR Officer and this does not reflect positive on CellC as a business. People tend to not take such businesses serious. I been a customer of CellC for almost 10 years now, and all of a sudden they changed my number to another service provider without consulting me. This had a negative effect on me because all the benefits, like free minutes and sms's were lost. I contacted CellC and they were unable to handle my complaint due to a lack of understanding my problem. Up until today i am still having the same problem without resolution. I went to a CellC store and purchased another sim because all my business contacts use CellC.I am not happy with their service at all and hope they improve, especially they customer and call centre facilities for future development.

THE STANDARDS HAVE DROPPED DRASTICALLY. COMMUNICATION WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS TERRIBLE. FEEDBACK NON SATISFYING. NO RESOLUTION TO ONGOING QUERIES.
