The FNB tellers are not fully trained. They don't know anything about customer service.

i am so flippin dissapointed in fnb, they tell you you are approved then they sms to say its declined they can at least phone clients to say why it is declined or say what you quality for i went through so alot of effort to get certified copies n things for nothing thanks to think money also sending false hope sms all the time people beware of them

Nedbank's customer service is great and the consultants make sure you understand everything before you sign anything.

Recently we had an oooppssyy with our finances. I already had a loan with Nedbank, that I am in my third year paying back and I did not have an option but borrow from Nedbank again. The consultant that assisted me gave me excellent service came down to my level and made me feel really comfortable. In actaul fact the amount was approved combined with my first loan and i ended up paying less than my previous installment. Great service.

I am about to meet my debt obligations in terms of Debt Councelling, and grateful to Nedbank in understanding and accepting the restructured payments amounts towards my personal loan. This has given me a peace of mind, and by putting in extra cash when available, I am left with 4 months to be declared rehabilitated. Thanx again!

IN 2010-07-26-I WAS LOOKING FOR A LOAN R3000,00 FOR 3 MONTHS-I THOUGTH I HAD ALREADY PAID MY LOAN WITH THEM-THE LADY AT THE ONFO DESK TOLD ME THEY CANNOT HELP ME BECAUSE I BANK WITH ANOTHER BANK-BUT THEY STILL SEND ME POST THAT SAID YOU QUALIFY FOR RUPMTO R100000,00.THATS WHY I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS NEVER TO EVEN APLY FOR A LOAN.

Banks dont seem to give people a second chance. I'm a 33 year old Nedbank client I have debt amounting to R60000 including my nadbank personal loan. I m not happy with African Bank. They garnished me but they still sending me sms telling me that I owe them. I also noticed that these amounts have gone up tremendously. I thought this has been dealt with the judgment following the process of debt collection. It seems to me that they is no proper procedure in place for debt collection.

Poor service, you will never get out of debt with African bank. When you think you have finished your loan, they will tell you that you are still in arrears from 2009. I mean why didn't they tell you in 2009? You could have tried to settled the arrears. BAD BAD BAD company to take out a loan.
