I m working under contract of 5yrs,from 2011 to 2016,have submitted all documments needed but still not approved i moved to switch to other bank where i was helped.But still like nedbank.Even though is letting me down 3 times.

Nedbank takes the time to consider every application & they treat customers as individuals.Their consolidation loan helped me get out of a cycle of bad debt & now Im on my way to an improved credit profile.Thanks Nedbank

The service of Nedbank is not clear. I mean how is one supposed to know that if you want to settle your account she/he has to call their customer service and not going to the branch. I have to use my money to call these people when Nedbank branch is just on my doorstep. This is so ridiculous.

IN 2010-07-26-I WAS LOOKING FOR A LOAN R3000,00 FOR 3 MONTHS-I THOUGTH I HAD ALREADY PAID MY LOAN WITH THEM-THE LADY AT THE ONFO DESK TOLD ME THEY CANNOT HELP ME BECAUSE I BANK WITH ANOTHER BANK-BUT THEY STILL SEND ME POST THAT SAID YOU QUALIFY FOR RUPMTO R100000,00.THATS WHY I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS NEVER TO EVEN APLY FOR A LOAN.
