Spectramed is without a doubt, the absolute Best medical Scheme that South Africa has to offer. Their service is far outstanding, and the benefit cannot be matched by any other Scheme. The Gentleman who educated us about Spectramed, and Medical Aid as a whole, was extremely compitent, and very helpful in helping us make this wise move. I can say, without a doubt, that SPECTRAMED really values its customers and their healthcare cover. They have been extremely helpful in ensuring that my claims get paid out, their service staff have been very accommodating and attentive, and the people at SPECTRAMED I’ve dealt with are always friendly.
