Very good and easy to use. Very helpful website and do not have to go through a broker.
I personally think Medihelp is a good medical aid because I never experience any problems with them. For the price that I am paying, it's so reasonable. Thanks to Medihelp.
Although this is a very good medical aid, I find the annual increases too high.
Dreadful service. I was given authorisation for a specialist visit then only reimbursed 1/3rd of the fee. Charges for blood tests done by a network doctor were not reimbursed and authorisation for a network doctor visit refused. Avoid them like the plague.
The premiums are a little high on this medical aid but they give good service.
It is not a good product and they have been a huge stress factor in my life. They do not have to contact me - I am still in the process of trying to resolve why I have to pay for chronic meds myself.
Medihelp really cares about the well-being of its members. The staff walk the extra mile with a smile.
What a pleasure being part of this great scheme! The benefits are easy to understand and I really feel like I am getting value for my money.
