I paid R3000 per month and have a savings account with my Medical Aid, but still get nothing back for visiting Dynamic Health Centre. I saved the Medical Aid thousands a year by going to a registered person who helped me with the SCIO machine and the pills are all natural. But still they won't pay me back a cent of my own money. I can't remember when I last saw a medical doctor. I think every medical Aid must rate every person individually for his/her premium. People like me paid for the people who can't live without seeing a doctor at least twice a week. It is unfair.

I personally think Medihelp is a good medical aid because I never experience any problems with them. For the price that I am paying, it's so reasonable. Thanks to Medihelp.

Dreadful service. I was given authorisation for a specialist visit then only reimbursed 1/3rd of the fee. Charges for blood tests done by a network doctor were not reimbursed and authorisation for a network doctor visit refused. Avoid them like the plague.

It is not a good product and they have been a huge stress factor in my life. They do not have to contact me - I am still in the process of trying to resolve why I have to pay for chronic meds myself.
