The service I got from the time when i opened this account was marvellous. I have so far been treated like a king. Their only setback is with internet and telephone banking which have not been properly addressed inspite of many attempts. Other than that I have found a home in Nedbank

I m working under contract of 5yrs,from 2011 to 2016,have submitted all documments needed but still not approved i moved to switch to other bank where i was helped.But still like nedbank.Even though is letting me down 3 times.

Good day, i have once banked with Nedbank and opened a personal loan. ever since i've being requesting to pay a portion so that they can recalculate my insalment. But they refuse. Nedbank is the worse bank ever, the time i use to bank with it i would get my pay after some days nad no one knew what was happening....ended up giiving up and closing the account. At the branch its horror, always more than one counter but 1 person working
