I think they need to look at disabled members as they do not have the best cover as the best prices for people in wheelchairs. The cover for mobile wheelchairs are very low in comparision to the cost of these wheelchairs. Especiallyt when these wheelchairs cost so much and have to be designed for thier needs such as their backs and seating positions. Maybe loook at an option where they will pay out the full amount once every 3 to 4 years etc.

There is no control over the payments even if you send an email to stop the payment they will make you to get the payment back on there behalf.
