They treat them with what the system scores rather than look at the client's overall banking history and frequently turn their loan applications down. Treating loaning customers like machines not as humans. There's absolutely no help when it comes to urgent personal when one has an urgent problem in his hands

This is the hardest bank to get help from, be it a personal loan or even a salary advance loan. My salary of between R20k and above goes into this account but i cant get a loan when i need it. Thinking of changing banks now.

Fnb is a good bank I must say...but what they really need to look at again is their staff members because the other day I applied for a personal loan and am in a desperate situation was told about my affordability....can't they at least have a way of helping us their employees???
