FNb Ebucks - spend R30,000 and get back R300 for your trouble. Oh wait Ebuck bank charges of R175 still need to come off and if you dont use your ebucks, you get nailed 75 ebucks dormancy fee. You cant even transfer cash to top up your ebucks. Very pointless reward system that actually costs you more pain than gain. Waste of time and very misleading.

A complete lack of correspondence. No letter to welcome you as new client, then a statement every few months, then nothing when the vehicle is sold. I expected proof that the accoount has been closed, so I can know the stop order had been cancelled.

We use this as our Business Credit card. It takes up to 3 weeks for our payment to be reflected and paid to our supplier. OUr credit limit is always changing because we don't use it to its full capacity

I appreciate the regular feedbacks from FNB and even when they have sent the statement. Prompting messages to remind their clients to avoid being penalised is really a great way of building relations. I have been with fnb since I was 10years old and have never changed banks.I am a very happy customer of FNB.
