I rather dont want to give my comment but what i can say is that the credit branch is not friendly and dont understand my circumstances.
let the credit card bcome more safest and secure clients on crime and time when buying
FNb Ebucks - spend R30,000 and get back R300 for your trouble. Oh wait Ebuck bank charges of R175 still need to come off and if you dont use your ebucks, you get nailed 75 ebucks dormancy fee. You cant even transfer cash to top up your ebucks. Very pointless reward system that actually costs you more pain than gain. Waste of time and very misleading.
Thinkmoney makes it easy to provide an excellent service through its website and it is confidential.. Keep up the good work.
A complete lack of correspondence. No letter to welcome you as new client, then a statement every few months, then nothing when the vehicle is sold. I expected proof that the accoount has been closed, so I can know the stop order had been cancelled.
Always had good service. Platinum card holders have their own help desk.
I have been with FNB for over 20 years and received very good service from them.
